By subscribing to our services you agree to the following provisions of this Agreement.

Before trading in the foreign exchange “Forex” market, you should be aware of the risks involved. Trading foreign exchange “Forex” on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts. The information provided to you by FX Pro Signal Alert, through our website, signal service, telephone or email must be used at your own risk. None of the information provided by FX Pro Signal Alert constitutes a solicitation to trade Forex or buy or sell any Forex contract.

All information and material provided by FX Pro Signal Alert is for educational purposes only and should not be considered specific investment advice. Terms of Use:
The FX Pro Signal Alert monthly membership is a subscription that is automatically recurring to avoid service interruptions. The monthly subscription fee for forex $199, gold $219, forex week trial $109, gold week trial $149 will be billed every 30 days, except for the week trials. If you are new to our service, it is advised you choose any of the trial package to test-run if our signal service is right for you.

Refund Policy:
FX Pro Signal Alert do not entertain refunds. If you are new to our service, it is advised you choose any of the trial package to test-run if our signal service is right for youbefore you decide to join as a full member. If you wish not to continue with our service you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us by email at support@fxprosignalalert.com. Client who wishes to cancel at any point during the service month running may do so, but be aware no refund will be issued. Such client however, will continue to receive signals pending when the subscription account ends or terminated.

Ownership:
User (You) agrees that FX Pro Signal Alert and its information providers retain all proprietary right, title, interest and copyright, including but not limited to text, images, and other multimedia data, that FX Pro Signal Alert provides as part of distributor's services “Content.”

Restrictions on Use:
User agrees neither to copy nor license, sell, transfer, make available or otherwise distribute the Content to any entity or person. User shall use its best efforts to stop any such copying or distribution immediately after such use becomes known.

Limited Liability:
User agrees that the use of Content is at the sole discretion of the User.

FX Pro Signal Alert will not be liable for trading decisions made by you, the User. By subscribing to the FX Pro Signal Alert Forex Signal service, you agree to hold FX Pro Signal Alert and all of its associates harmless against losses or damages arising from trading, both directly and indirectly. You agree to review and evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information you receive from FX
Pro Signal Alert. You must determine your risk tolerance and decide which trading opportunities fit your risk profile. User agrees that he or she is responsible for all profits or losses experienced. FX Pro Signal Alert recommends each User trades extensively in a practice or demo account before trading real money.

No Warranties:
Content provided by FX Pro Signal Alert and third parties is delivered "As Is." FX Pro Signal Alert and its information providers make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy or availability of the Content.

Indemnification:
User shall indemnify and hold harmless FX Pro Signal Alert and its information providers against any claim, damages, loss, liability or expense, including attorney’s fees, arising out of User's use of the Content in any way contrary to this Agreement. FX Pro Signal Alert shall not be responsible for any interruptions or delays in transmission, errors, defects in transmission, or failures to transmit information when such result from acts of God, including without limitation to natural disasters, floods, fire, war, earthquakes, hurricanes, electronic equipment failures, telephone and internet problems, communication problems, acts of government or other causes beyond FX Pro Signal Alert control and the User does hereby waive any claims against FX Pro Signal Alert for any delay or interruption in service. Without limiting the foregoing, the User understands and agrees that FX Pro Signal Alert, its officers, employees or agents shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, consequential or other damages occasioned by User's use of, or reliance upon, the
information furnished by FX Pro Signal Alert. The User waives any and all rights to recover any damages, whether incidental, special, indirect, consequential or otherwise, against FX Pro Signal Alert, its officers, employees or agents, resulting from loss of profits or opportunity, trading losses, or any other damages resulting from inconvenience or the loss of use of FX Pro Signal Alert service or the User's reliance upon the information received from FX Pro Signal Alert. Performance Results FX Pro Signal Alert does not publish any hypothetical trading results. Any results published for our trading record are based on real money trading in one or more accounts owned by FX Pro Signal Alert or its Principals. No representation is being made that
using FX Pro Signal Alert Forex Signals or other Content will result in trading profits or not result in losses. Past results are not indicative of future returns and User results will vary. User agrees to accept full responsibility for any trading decisions and the results of such decisions. Due to varying risk tolerance and margin utilization, among other variables, Users may experience much different returns.

Timing of Trade Signals and Prices:
FX Pro Signal Alert makes best efforts to disseminate all trade signals in a timely manner. Unless it is specified that we are using a stop or limit order to enter a trade in an Entry Signal, we have established a trade at the Target Entry Price using a market order. FX Pro Signal Alert establishes market order trades prior to sending the Entry Signal, ensuring that we are filled before notifying you that we have been. Following the initial Entry Signal, FX Pro Signal Alert may enter new trades on the same pair, building into a position, without sending an Update Signal to that effect. When adjustments to Stop or Limit orders are made, Update Signals are sent to inform Users of this.

FX Pro Signal Alert has no affiliation with any broker, they remain independent. FX Pro Signal Alert is is a subsidiary of Universal Wealth Development Ltd, a registered and regulated financial company with Corporate Affairs Commission(C.A.C).

Agreement:
FX Pro Signal Alert may terminate this Agreement with the User with cause and such termination shall become effective as of the day such termination is communicated to the User. User may terminate this Agreement by cancelling his or her subscription at any time as outlined in the “Terms of Use.”
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between FX Pro Signal Alert and the User relating to the purchase of services herein above described. No covenant or agreement or condition of any part of this Agreement may be altered or amended without the express written agreement of both parties, and the failure of either party to enforce one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver with respect to any other covenant or provision of this Agreement.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the portion so held to be unenforceable shall be deemed to the excluded and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Objectives:
FX Pro Signal Alert objectives: To carry on the business of developing ideas on Forex Trade business but not limited to development and distribution of e-trade materials.
